Le cha\u00eene crypt\u00e9e et sa maison m\u00e8re Vivendi assignent plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, selon BFMTV, le groupe audiovisuel et sa filiale TF1 Distribution.
La proc\u00e9dure s\u2019ouvre \u00e0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 un contrat liant les deux parties prend fin : \u00e0 compter du 1er mars 2018, le groupe Canal+ n\u2019aura plus l\u2019autorisation de reprendre le signal des cha\u00eenes gratuites de TF1, comme il le fait actuellement dans son bouquet Canalsat et sur l\u2019application MyCanal.<\/p>\n

La CFE-CGC a pris position<\/a> dans le d\u00e9bat, invitant le gouvernement \u00e0 prendre des mesures. Entre autres, \u00ab \u00e9tablir sans ambigu\u00eft\u00e9 que tout b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire d\u2019une autorisation de diffusion gratuite sur la TNT doit mettre gratuitement son signal \u00e0 disposition de tout diffuseur national, d\u00e8s lors qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas port\u00e9 atteinte \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 du signal \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Il faudra surveiller l\u2019\u00e9volution de la situation avec Free, le contrat arrivant \u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance fin mars.<\/p>\n
