Bruno Mettling devient le pr\u00e9sident d\u2019Orange Afrique. L\u2019homme cl\u00e9 de l\u2019op\u00e9rateur compte en profiter pour relancer les conclusions de son rapport sur le travail \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re du num\u00e9rique r\u00e9alis\u00e9 quand il \u00e9tait DRH.<\/p>\n

En quittant ses fonctions ex\u00e9cutives pour devenir le pr\u00e9sident d\u2019Orange Afrique, Bruno Mettling ne s\u2019appesantit pas sur son bilan mais pr\u00e9f\u00e8re vanter les qualit\u00e9s de son successeur, Alioune Ndiaye, un enfant du continent. \u00ab\u00a0Il y avait comme un plafond de verre pour les dirigeants africains dans nos entreprises. Si certains lui reprochent de ne pas avoir r\u00e9form\u00e9 Orange en profondeur, le d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 syndical pr\u00e9f\u00e8re rappeler qu\u2019\u00a0\u00bbil a arr\u00eat\u00e9 la violence sociale et c\u2019est beaucoup\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n
