{"id":9147,"date":"2018-05-16T10:16:28","date_gmt":"2018-05-16T10:16:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=9147"},"modified":"2018-05-16T10:16:28","modified_gmt":"2018-05-16T10:16:28","slug":"ccues-05-2018-sommaire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2018\/05\/16\/ccues-05-2018-sommaire\/","title":{"rendered":"CCUES 05\/2018 : sommaire"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>A l&rsquo;ordre du jour de cette s\u00e9ance :<\/h2>\n<p>Notre d\u00e9claration pr\u00e9alable, dans laquelle la CFE-CGC Orange est revenue sur les d\u00e9rives de certaines Organisations Syndicales, qui, perdant de vue l\u2019essentiel de leur mission, ont continu\u00e9 de refaire le match des \u00e9lections en chipotant sur les pourcentages de candidates de ses listes\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u2019aucune Organisation Syndicale n\u2019ait \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure de respecter partout la parit\u00e9 relative impos\u00e9e par la loi Rebsamen (plus de 100 \u00e9tablissements DP dans chacun des \u00c9tablissements Principaux ont eu des listes non conformes) n\u2019est pas un sujet pour ces derni\u00e8res, qui ont donc choisi de trainer devant les tribunaux d\u2019instance la seule CFE-CGC ! Les plus l\u00e9s\u00e9s sont les salari\u00e9s qui ont perdu les repr\u00e9sentants pour lesquels ils avaient vot\u00e9. vertical-align: middle; max-width: inherit;\" \/><span class=\"wf_file_text\">cr_de_ccues_essentiel_declaration_prealable_.pdf<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"201805166417\/remuneration\/ccues-05-2018-evolution-du-taux-de-cotisation-arrco-pour-les-cadres-d-orange-sa.html\">\u00c9volution du taux de cotisation ARRCO pour les Cadres d\u2019Orange SA<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau taux permettra aux cadres issus d\u2019Orange SA d\u2019augmenter le nombre de points acquis pour leur retraite sans baisse de leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration nette.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"201805166419\/ui-unite-d-intervention\/ccues-05-2018-projet-de-modele-d-organisation-des-unites-d-intervention.html\">Projet de mod\u00e8le d\u2019organisation des Unit\u00e9s d\u2019Intervention<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Un projet tr\u00e8s controvers\u00e9 sur lequel, en l\u2019absence de la pr\u00e9sentation du volet suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00ab focus sur le mod\u00e8le des UI \u00bb, dans le cadre de l\u2019expertise l\u00e9gale sur les Orientations Strat\u00e9giques, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation CFE-CGC n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure de rendre son avis.<\/p>\n<p><!--p><a href=\"201805166420\/numerique\/ccues-05-2018-projet-vestale.html\">Projet \u00ab Vestale \u00bb<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p>La CFE-CGC s'interroge sur l\u2019organisation propos\u00e9e o\u00f9 Orange et Groupama seraient \u00e0 la fois alli\u00e9s et partenaires, mais aussi concurrents, avec chacun son parc client \u00e0 g\u00e9rer\u2026 Pour autant, la CFE-CGC approuve cette diversification... &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p-->\n<p><a href=\"201805166421\/remuneration\/ccues-05-2018-mise-en-oeuvre-de-l-evolution-de-la-pvc-grand-public.html\">Mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019\u00e9volution de la PVC Grand Public<\/a><\/p>\n<p>La CFE\/CGC est toujours mesur\u00e9e, et le demeurera jusqu\u2019au terme de l\u2019\u00e9volution de ce dossier. &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"201805166422\/emploi-et-metiers\/ccues-05-2018-politique-sociale-de-l-entreprise.html\">Politique sociale de l\u2019entreprise<\/a><\/p>\n<p>La gestion de l\u2019emploi se fait davantage au travers d\u2019un pilotage des ressources plut\u00f4t que dans le cadre d\u2019une analyse approfondie des besoins.<\/p>\n<p>Une v\u00e9ritable projection \u00e0 horizon 2025 sur la connaissance de l\u2019\u00e9volution des activit\u00e9s maintenues et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es en interne parait indispensable pour pr\u00e9server l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s et la r\u00e9ussite des parcours professionnels \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/cr_de_ccues_05_2018.pdf\" class=\"wf_file\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/pdf.png\" alt=\"pdf\" class=\"wf_file_icon\" style=\"border: 0px;
