Le plan pr\u00e9voit d\u2019octroyer 73 actions gratuites par personne (environ 1 000 \u20ac), si les objectifs financiers sont cons\u00e9cutivement atteints pour 2017, 2018 et 2019. L\u2019accord pr\u00e9voit <i>a minima<\/i> l\u2019attribution de 50% des actions, m\u00eame si les objectifs ne sont pas atteints.<\/p>\n<p> En 2017, 1\/3 de l\u2019objectif global a \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9. Reste \u00e0 renouveler la performance en 2018 et 2019, afin d\u2019obtenir 100% des actions. En revanche, en 2018, seul le petit millier de mandataires sociaux et de cadres dirigeants de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adeas.org\/index.php\/laction-de-ladeas\/ag-des-actionnaires-orange-2018-participer-et-voter\/\">b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un nouveau plan d\u2019actions gratuites<\/a>, \u00e0 hauteur de 0,07% du capital social, soit 26 M\u20ac, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire pr\u00e8s de 30 0000 \u20ac \/ b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Orange Vision 2020 concerne tous les personnels du Groupe en France.
