Or, \u00ab&nbsp;l\u2019Accord&nbsp;\u00bb Salarial 2018 traduit la vision tristement r\u00e9ductrice de la Direction, qui consid\u00e8re le personnel comme un centre de co\u00fbt, et non comme le poumon du profit qu\u2019il est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9&nbsp;!<\/p>\n<p>Mais au fait, de quel accord&nbsp;s\u2019agit-il ? Car <b>si la n\u00e9gociation est bien obligatoire, le fait d\u2019aboutir \u00e0 un accord ne l\u2019est absolument pas<\/b>&nbsp;! En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, cela conduit les organisations syndicales \u00e0 contresigner une proposition unilat\u00e9rale. C\u2019est ce que certaines ont fait les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, cautionnant la politique d\u2019aust\u00e9rit\u00e9 salariale.<\/p>\n<p>En 2018, une fois retrait\u00e9e de l\u2019inflation, la <a href=\"201804166358\/remuneration\/politique-salariale-2018-la-direction-decide-seule-et-tombe-le-masque.html?highlight=WyJhdWdtZW50YXRpb24iLCJkZXMiLCJkaXZpZGVuZGVzIiwiYXVnbWVudGF0aW9uIGRlcyIsImRlcyBkaXZpZGVuZGVzIl0=\">proposition<\/a> de la Direction maintient \u00e0 peine le pouvoir d\u2019achat direct des personnels, alors que les effectifs baissent et que les r\u00e9sultats s\u2019am\u00e9liorent. Dans le m\u00eame temps, int\u00e9ressement, participation, abondements de l\u2019entreprise, et avantages aux personnels stagnent ou diminuent.
