Nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 soulev\u00e9 ce probl\u00e8me lors de la phase d\u2019information-consultation au T1 2017. Les salari\u00e9s DMGP et de DCGP nous ont fait part de leur ressenti d\u2019une \u00ab&nbsp;Super direction&nbsp;\u00bb qui semble n\u2019\u00e9couter plus personne.<\/p>\n<p> <b>Nous \u00e9mettons par ailleurs des doutes<\/b> sur les capacit\u00e9s de la nouvelle direction client GP \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la satisfaction client car les principaux inducteurs de satisfaction client sont pilot\u00e9s par d\u2019autres Directions&nbsp;: la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019intervention est sous contr\u00f4le par la Direction de l\u2019Intervention et la qualit\u00e9 des offres par la DMGP.<\/p>\n<p> <b>Enfin nous constatons certains foyers de tension<\/b> dans les \u00e9quipes, li\u00e9s \u00e0 deux facteurs : une simplification de l\u2019organisation qui n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab&nbsp;ressentie&nbsp;\u00bb au niveau le plus bas de l\u2019organisation, conjugu\u00e9e \u00e0 des situations de sous effectifs chroniques dans certains services.
