S\u2019agissant d\u2019une filiale, les \u00e9lus CE OFS n\u2019ont pas la visibilit\u00e9 sur les conditions de reprise.<\/p>\n<p> Enfin la commercialisation d\u2019Orange Bank se cherche avec les contraintes tr\u00e8s fortes de formation, des consignes m\u00e9tiers pour les conseillers en boutique.
