Qu&rsquo;en est-il aujourd&rsquo;hui au sein d&rsquo;Orange ? L&rsquo;entreprise a-t-elle r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 remonter la pente ? Direction et syndicats t\u00e9moignent.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est la premi\u00e8re affaire de harc\u00e8lement moral institutionnalis\u00e9 qu&rsquo;aura \u00e0 trancher la justice. France T\u00e9l\u00e9com (devenu Orange) \u2013 en tant que personne morale \u2013 l&rsquo;ex-PDG de l&rsquo;entreprise, Didier Lombard, et six dirigeants et cadres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 renvoy\u00e9s, en juin, devant le tribunal correctionnel de Paris. Ils seront jug\u00e9s pour \u00ab\u00a0harc\u00e8lement moral\u00a0\u00bb et\/ou \u00ab\u00a0complicit\u00e9 de harc\u00e8lement moral\u00a0\u00bb. Le proc\u00e8s devrait se tenir fin 2019.<\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>Mobilit\u00e9 forc\u00e9e (changement de fonctions, mutation g\u00e9ographique et dans le temps \u2013 un manager ne peut rester plus de trois ans au m\u00eame poste afin de limiter les liens humains avec ses \u00e9quipes), harc\u00e8lement, pressions, absence de missions pour d\u00e9courager certains, d\u00e9m\u00e9nagements anarchiques (un salari\u00e9 pouvait se retrouver sans chaise, bureau et m\u00eame sans coll\u00e8gue \u00e0 son retour de vacances, se souvient un t\u00e9moin de l&rsquo;\u00e9poque). \u00ab\u00a0<em>Il fallait briser les gens pour les faire partir<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, r\u00e9sume S\u00e9bastien Crozier, pr\u00e9sident du syndicat CFE-CGC Orange.<\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les suicides \u00e9taient la partie \u00e9merg\u00e9e de l&rsquo;iceberg, la plus dramatique, mais les souffrances sociales (perte de sens dans les missions, arr\u00eats de travail, d\u00e9pression&#8230;) sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9es<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, selon S\u00e9bastien Crozier.<\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau PDG d\u00e9cide d&rsquo;abandonner le plan NExT. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Du jour au lendemain, les mobilit\u00e9s forc\u00e9es s&rsquo;arr\u00eatent et on retrouve une forme d&rsquo;apaisement\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique S\u00e9bastien Crozier. <em><\/em><\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>Pour S\u00e9bastien Crozier, pr\u00e9sident de la CFE-CGC Orange, l&rsquo;entreprise est <em>\u00ab\u00a0pass\u00e9e d&rsquo;une situation de mal-\u00eatre li\u00e9e \u00e0 des facteurs internes \u00e0 une situation de tensions sociales essentiellement li\u00e9es au secteur des t\u00e9l\u00e9coms, ultraconcurrentiel.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> Et de citer plusieurs explications \u00e0 cette d\u00e9gradation : une entreprise en perp\u00e9tuelle mutation et restructuration, l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 de Free, les nouvelles formes de travail li\u00e9es au num\u00e9rique&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Extrait de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.francetvinfo.fr\/economie\/telecom\/suicides-a-france-telecom\/harcelement-moral-et-suicides-chez-france-telecom-le-long-travail-d-orange-pour-regagner-la-confiance-de-ses-salaries_2906445.html\">France Info<\/a> &#8211;
