Cet indice permet de faire le bilan des politiques de diversit\u00e9 des entreprises et d\u2019avoir un aper\u00e7u de la repr\u00e9sentation f\u00e9minine dans leurs instances de direction.<\/p>\n<p>Et, dans le domaine de la tech, la France est en avance sur les autres pays&nbsp;!<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>(\u2026) avec 39% de femmes dans les conseils en France et 32% dans les \u00e9quipes de management, contre 29% de femmes en moyenne dans le management aux Etats-Unis, 23% en Allemagne ou encore 8% seulement au Japon.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Quant au leader en la mati\u00e8re, c\u2019est\u2026<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>(\u2026) Orange avec une vraie politique de diversit\u00e9, des objectifs chiffr\u00e9s et des r\u00e9sultats qui ne trompent pas : l\u2019entreprise fran\u00e7aise compte 50% de femmes au conseil, 33% au Comex et 29% dans le management.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Plus d\u2019informations dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usine-digitale.fr\/article\/les-femmes-dans-les-entreprises-ou-en-est-on.N732519\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">L\u2019Usine Digitale<\/a> &#8211; Chlo\u00e9 Cohen &#8211; 18\/09\/2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Une \u00e9tude qui a le m\u00e9rite d\u2019avancer des chiffres clairs et comparables, sur les sujets de la diversit\u00e9 dans les entreprises et de la propension de ces derni\u00e8res \u00e0 briser le \u00ab&nbsp;plafond de verre&nbsp;\u00bb. Dans le secteur de la tech, la France n\u2019est, semble-t-il, pas le pays le plus \u00ab&nbsp;arri\u00e9r\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb, m\u00eame s\u2019il reste, <a href=\"https:\/\/old.telecoms-media-pouvoir.net\/index.php\/vu-sur-la-toile\/le-numerique-sans-les-femmes-ni-envisageable-ni-acceptable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">comme on le sait<\/a>, encore beaucoup de travail \u00e0 accomplir.
