Son objectif : la fusionner avec T-Mobile Netherlands, sa propre filiale aux Pays-Bas. Mais le g\u00e9ant allemand des t\u00e9l\u00e9coms peine, pour l&rsquo;heure, \u00e0 d\u00e9crocher le feu vert de l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Pas simple de convaincre Bruxelles. Dans les t\u00e9l\u00e9coms europ\u00e9ennes, les projets de consolidation des march\u00e9s nationaux suscitent toujours la m\u00e9fiance de la Commission, qui craint que cela nuise \u00e0 la concurrence.
