Mais aller \u00e0 la rencontre ne suffit pas, apr\u00e8s coup, il faut le faire savoir.<\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;] Les principaux contributeurs influenceurs du groupe priv\u00e9s sur Facebook de la communaut\u00e9 des Zagrums s\u2019av\u00e8rent \u00eatre des militants des principaux syndicats du groupe Orange.[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab La communaut\u00e9 des Zagrums n\u2019est pas un levier d\u2019adh\u00e9sion ; elle permet d\u2019humaniser les syndicats car, derri\u00e8res les \u00e9tiquettes, se sont bien des gens qui s\u2019engagent \u00bb, commente S\u00e9bastien Crozier, pr\u00e9sident de la CFE-CGC d\u2019Orange.<\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>Saturation oblige, le taux d\u2019ouverture des mailings du syndicat ont baiss\u00e9 de 20 % en dix ans, m\u00eame si un \u00ab<br \/>bon \u00bb e-mail reste ouvert par 40 % des gens. \u00ab Le taux d\u2019ouverture d\u00e9pend de notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 bien cibler les<br \/>e-mails que nous adressons. Cette ultra-sp\u00e9cialisation doit en revanche r\u00e9pondre aux r\u00e8gles sur le traitement<br \/>des donn\u00e9es personnelles \u00bb, pr\u00e9vient S\u00e9bastien Crozier. Ce ciblage se retrouve sur tous les canaux. C\u2019est le sens de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un compte twitter sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 sur l\u2019actionnariat salari\u00e9 au nom de l\u2019Association de d\u00e9fense de l\u2019\u00e9pargne et de l\u2019actionnariat salari\u00e9 (ADEAS) \u00e0 l\u2019initiative de la CFE-CGC d\u2019Orange.
